OBJECTIVE: To introduce the beginner to the correct approach to resistance training through a 90-day introductory training program. The participant should understand upon completion of this 90-day training program how the principles of resistance training work to overcome a resistance force when they are required to do so through strength training. The Trainee will learn the benefits of resistance training and the basic principles of how to construct a safe and progressive workout session with correct movements and form to create a structural and physiological change in the body’s physique through the different forms of resistance training to include using free weights, weight machines, resistance bands and your own body weight.

We must stay adequately hydrated or the body will not function at it best. Staying properly hydrated will increase endurance, focus, and performance. With that said, here are five facts that you may not know:
